In what was a scrappy club
friendly in Shanghai Stadium in Shanghai, China, Mario Gotze came up with some
late heroics as Bayern Munich beat Inter Milan 1-0.
Bayern Munich were the better side throughout the
match but Guadiorla’s attack line was quite wasteful during the game but Inter
Milan looked to catch the German champions on the break but the Italian side
were unsuccessful in their attempts. Both side made changes to their sides at
half time but it wasn’t until the 80th when
Gotze picked up a pass from Rode, rounded the Inter goalkeeper and scored
before the deadlock was broken.
Both sides are in Asia with sides like Arsenal and
Stoke City for their pre-season preparations
