Even though Benitez didn’t
replace Mourinho at Madrid, his wife has said her husband is cleaning up
another of Mourinho’s mess.
The former Napoli boss replaced Carlo Ancelloti at
Madrid and has now replaced Mourinho at three different clubs, having taking
over at Inter and Chelsea.
And Montserrat Seara thinks her husband is fated to
join clubs in the Portuguese coach’s wake.
“We tidy up his messes,” she joked, speaking to La
Region. “If you think about it, of course you end up crossing paths. There are
only a few world-class clubs out there.”
