According to reports, Edinson
Cavani is desperate to complete a summer transfer to Manchester United.
The Red Devil are looking for a world class striker to
top off Louis van Gaal’s new-look squad during the transfer window, and talks
is apparently taking place with Paris Saint Germain over Cavani.
And amid growing talk a £60million switch could
happen, reports say Cavani is desperate to join United and solve their forward
problems.
PSG are believed to be against selling the Uruguayan,
but if he continues to push for a transfer away, they may be forced to sell.
Any deal for Cavani would likely be for a new
club-record amount – surpassing the £59million they paid Real Madrid for Angel
Di Maria last summer.
