Arsene Wenger is willing to do
the right thing for Arsenal and has said he is open to a new striker in the
window.
Rumour has it that Arsenal is looking at Benzema, but
the Frenchman’s agent has said he is staying in the La Liga.
Though Arsenal won 6-0 against Lyon, Wenger said he is
open to s new striker.
“Let’s not forget we scored in our recent games;
three, four, six today. And we had not Welbeck, not Sanchez. That means we have
an offensive potential.
“We want to add a few more goals than we did last year
but I feel at the end of the season we created more chances and hopefully we
can confirm that. Having said that, in the transfer market we are open minded.
We are as well not in a desperate need.”
