Tom Cruise will be returning for at least one more Mission
Impossible movie
after Paramount Pictures confirmed a sequel for Rogue Nation.
The studio’s vice-chairman, Rob Moore confirmed that Mission
Impossible 6 was
already in the works.
“We’re very happy to be developing this movie with Tom
[Cruise],” Moore said in an interview with Variety.
“There’s no question that Ethan Hunt deserves another film,” he added.
“We’re starting to work on it now. We’ll probably
start shooting it next summer,” Cruise said.
The decision is not surprising after Rogue
Nation’s huge $56 million opening at the Box Office.
