Raul Jimenez was set to attend
his West Ham medical yesterday but the player apparently overslept and missed
his flight.
Jimenez was due to be in England for a medical as both
West Ham and Atletico Madrid had agreed terms but the 24 year old missed his
flight as he claimed he overslept. And this might helo the chances of Benfica
who are also in a good position to sign him. Being close to Spain, Benfica who
have also been in talks with Atletico are looking to sign the player.
West Ham are looking to make sure that they are able
to sign the forward as they look to advance their premier league challenge.
