A man has shared
of a Nigerian police man trying to extort a bus driver by asking for
“allocation paper.”
The video was uploaded by
Facebook user, Jason Nnamdi
Ogbazi, who was travelling along the Lagos-Benin expressway.
He captioned the ordeal with the Nigerian police man below:
“As I was traveling yesterday, the Police pulled us over and
demanded for license and particulars which the driver immediately handed over
to him. The police took the papers, went to his boss, came back to us and
demanded for what he referred to as “allocation paper”. I’ve never heard of
allocation paper in my 30yrs of driving, have you?
The Nigerian Police needs total reformation!”

What exactly is allocation paper? Because I have never heard it
either.
