Spanish Sports website, Marca reports
that Barcelona have asked the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) if they
can register summer signing Arda Turan.
Barcelona last week lost Brazilian attacker Rafinha who suffered
a season-ending knee injury and they are subsequently in need of reinforcements
in the middle of the park.
Barcelona are currently severing
a FIFA transfer ban for signing Under 18 players until January 2016.
However, Marca reports that the Nou Camp club feel that they
have already carried out the requirements of the sanction and that they now
might be able to inscribe and field Turan.
