Floyd
Mayweather won the fight with Andre Berto fair and square with the judges
scoring it: 117-111, 118-110 and 120-108.
Floyd wasn’t moved by this
opponent, Andre at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas as he equalled Rocky Marciano’s
49-0 unbeaten record.
After
the fight , Floyd announced that he’s career was over.
38-year-old
Floyd said in his in-ring interview: “My career is over, that’s
official. You’ve got to know when to hang it up. I’m close to 40 now.
“There’s
nothing left to prove in the sport of boxing. Now I just want to spend
time with my family.”
