The lecturers are Dr. Akin Baruwa of the University of Lagos, and Professor Cyril Ndifon of the University of Calabar.
Baruwa, who allegedly raped an 18-year old admissions seeker, is in prison at the moment after UNILAG denied any knowledge of him being their staff.
Professor Ndifon, who is the dean of the Faculty of Law at UNICAL, has already been suspended by the school.
Ndifon was accused of forcing himself on a 400-level student in his faculty.
The ICPC is not trying the lecturers on rape, as that is outside its jurisdiction, but is trying them on abuse of office.
“The ICPC is getting involved on the basis of abuse of office, because you would not have had access to those (girls), if not because of your office,” ICPC chairman Mr. Ekpo Nta said.
