FIFA
have reportedly rejected Barcelona’s proposal to allow Arda Turan to play
before the start of 2016.
The
summer signing is not permitted to feature for Barca’s first team this year due
to the club’s transfer ban.
Barca
asked FIFA if he could replace Rafinha, who is out with a long-term injury, but
reports in Spain say they have been denied.
